At CaseBloom, each case is made to order. This means your piece is prepared individually after your purchase is placed, rather than held as mass stock.

This allows us to offer design-led pieces through a more intentional production format while keeping the process clear and reliable for every order.

Order Processing & Production

Production usually takes 1–3 business days before your order is shipped.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Your order is first prepared, then shipped once production is complete.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–4 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, including both production and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier activity, weather conditions, holidays, or seasonal demand.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders during our launch period.

Launch shipping offers may be updated as the brand grows.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

CaseBloom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an issue with your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to keep every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or fulfillment volume.

If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking link first for the latest carrier updates.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to help review the issue with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner.
