At CaseBloom, each case is prepared individually once an order is placed. Because every item is made specifically for the selected iPhone model, finish, and design, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference changes, or incorrect device model selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will work on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Ordered the Wrong Phone Model
Because each case is made for the specific iPhone model selected at checkout, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges when the wrong model is ordered.
However, if this happens, please contact us. We will do our best to help you find a fair solution for placing a new order.
Change of Mind or Style Preference
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or preference changes after delivery, including changes related to design, style, or finish.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner.
