How long does production take?

Each CaseBloom piece is prepared individually. Production usually takes 1–3 business days before your order is shipped.

Why are CaseBloom products prepared individually?

Our cases are produced individually instead of held as mass stock. This allows each design to be prepared with more intention while reducing unnecessary inventory.

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier activity, and seasonal demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

How do I choose the right case model?

Please check your exact iPhone model before placing your order. Case fit depends on the model selected, so we recommend reviewing your device settings before purchasing.

What happens if I order the wrong phone model?

Because each case is prepared specifically for the iPhone model selected at checkout, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect model selection.

Will the design fade over time?

Our cases are produced using print methods designed for durability and everyday wear. To help preserve the finish, we recommend handling your case with normal care and avoiding harsh chemicals, excessive friction, or prolonged exposure to rough surfaces.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly between screen display and the final printed product. We do our best to represent each design as accurately as possible, but slight differences in tone, brightness, or placement may occur.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because each item is prepared individually, changes may not be possible once production has started. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each case is prepared specifically for your selected iPhone model, finish, and design, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference changes, accidental orders, or incorrect model selection.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure checkout systems available on our website. We do not store your full payment information.

Do you ship internationally?
